Claims, Evidence & Attribution

Purpose of this notice: this page explains how readers should interpret client references, credentials, project outcomes and technical estimates on this website. It does not replace a scope-specific proposal, current certificate, regulator decision or professional design.
1. Client names and logos
Client and organisation logos are displayed for engagement-context and portfolio identification. A logo may relate to work delivered directly, as a subcontractor, through a project partner or for a particular site or business unit. Display does not imply an endorsement, an ongoing relationship or permission to speak for that organisation.
Trademark rights remain with their respective owners. Before relying on a logo as evidence of a specific capability, prospective clients should ask us to confirm the engagement scope, delivery route and reference permissions.
2. Testimonials and confidentiality
Some client feedback may be anonymised where the client or project is confidential. Minor edits may be made for length, grammar or removal of identifying information, without intending to change the meaning. Anonymous feedback should not be treated as independently verified proof.
Where a named reference or direct verification is important to a procurement decision, request a permission-cleared reference during commercial discussions.
3. Case studies and quantified outcomes
Case-study figures describe the stated baseline, scope and operating conditions of the relevant engagement. Savings, payback, incident reduction, compliance outcomes and performance improvements are project-specific. They are not guarantees that another facility will achieve the same result.
Results can change with production volume, tariffs, equipment condition, measurement boundary, implementation quality, weather, operating hours and subsequent changes at the site. A current site assessment is required before using any published figure for budgeting or investment approval.
4. Certifications, accreditations and professional credentials
References to ISO, BEE, NABL, chartered-engineer status or other credentials must be read in the precise scope in which they apply. A company certification, an individual qualification, a partner laboratory accreditation and a product approval are different things.
Certification scope and validity can change. Request the current certificate number, issuing body, scope, validity dates and the identity of the qualified person or partner relevant to your proposed work before treating a website statement as procurement evidence.
5. Standards and regulatory references
References to BEE, BIS, CEA, CPCB, NBC, NFPA, IEC, ISO, state pollution-control boards, fire authorities or other bodies describe frameworks that may be relevant to a service. They do not mean that the authority endorses B2B Industrial Solutions or that every cited document applies to every site.
Applicable editions, amendments, state rules, consent conditions and authority interpretations must be confirmed for the facility, jurisdiction and date of work. Final compliance decisions remain with the competent authority.
6. Engineering calculators and indicative estimates
Website calculators use simplified inputs and published engineering relationships to provide early-stage estimates. They do not model every site condition, diversity factor, harmonic, tariff clause, equipment characteristic, safety margin or statutory requirement.
Calculator outputs must not be used as final equipment selections, construction documents, statutory submissions or safety approvals. A qualified professional should verify inputs, method, applicable standard and design before implementation.
7. Source links and publication dates
Technical articles link to selected primary or authoritative references where reasonably available. Links support the surrounding topic; they do not mean that a source endorses every statement on the page. Standards may require purchase and regulator pages may be revised after publication.
8. Requesting evidence or corrections
To request a current credential, permission-cleared reference, measurement basis or correction, email info@b2bindustrial.in with the exact page and claim. We will clarify what can be shared, subject to confidentiality and third-party permissions.
