Restore Transformer Oil Quality
Transformer Oil Dehydration is a critical maintenance process that removes moisture, dissolved gases, and particulate contamination from insulating oil. Moisture in transformer oil reduces dielectric strength (BDV), accelerates aging, and increases the risk of internal flashovers and breakdowns.
Our mobile vacuum dehydration units process oil on-site or offline, restoring BDV values to >60 kV, removing moisture to <10 ppm, and degassing to improve insulation performance. This extends transformer life by 5-10 years and prevents costly failures.

Vacuum Dehydration
Multi-stage vacuum processing to remove moisture and dissolved gases from transformer oil under vacuum conditions.
ProcessOnline Oil Filtration
Continuous oil circulation through filtration units while transformer remains energized for minimal downtime.
TechnologyBDV Testing
Breakdown voltage testing per IS 6792 to verify oil dielectric strength before and after treatment.
StandardsOil Top-Up & Reconditioning
Fresh oil addition, additive dosing, and complete oil replacement for severely degraded transformers.

| Stage | Activities | Target |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-Treatment Testing | BDV test, moisture content, acidity, interfacial tension, color, flash point | Establish baseline |
| Vacuum Processing | Oil heating to 60°C, vacuum dehydration, multi-stage filtration (5-10 micron) | Moisture <10 ppm |
| Degassing | Removal of dissolved gases (O₂, N₂, CO, CO₂) under vacuum | Dissolved gas <0.5% |
| Post-Treatment Verification | Final BDV, moisture, acidity tests; compliance report with before/after data | BDV >60 kV |
